1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the portfolio website of Yoad Mousai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:

modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Site;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations; or
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its original content, design, code, and the “Yoad Mousai” name are the property of Yoad Mousai and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project names, logos, and screenshots shown as case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio purposes.

The Site may link to external websites and live project demos that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the Site are provided “as is.” Yoad Mousai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yoad Mousai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
